Case 1:
Xx, a forty-five-year-old woman, had white speckles on
the face for 15 years. At first, a white speckle as big as a bean
came on the lower jaw of her right face just 15 years ago, then the
area of the speckle grew bigger and bigger. She went to see the doctor
in local hospital and knew she had "vitiligo". Then she
took "bailingding”, an external medicine for vitiligo, but it
hadn't any good effects. While conditions became worse. The white
speckles spread to the mucous of upper and lower lip, lower jaw and
right neck and finally they connected together.
After one year, the case became
stable. The area also remained unchanged. Although she had used many
kinds of ointments and Chinese traditional medicines, none had apparent
effects. So she came to our institute for help and was diagnosed as
"vitiligo"(segmental nerve type).
Inspection of dermatology:
Striped decolorated speckles of melon
pigment were seen on mucous of right upper and lower lip, right corner
of the mouth and lower jaw to right jaw, between which there were
no any pigments. The hair became white. The sideline was distinct,
irregular among which some took on indented style.
Way of treatment: skin grafting of one's own epidermis cells.

Case
2:
A
patient , male , 16 years old, have looked for treatment of white
speckles on his face for four years. A white speckle appeared on his
face ahead of the right ear 4 years ago, Then the speckle spread to
corner of the mouth. It was diagnosed as “vitiligo” in local hospital,
he took medicines such as “shiquede”, but it hadn’t good effects.
So he came to our institute for help, diagnosed as vitiligo ( segmental
nerve type).
Inspection of dermatology: there is a striped white speckle
with the width 2-2.5 cm from his right ear to corner of the mouth,
among which the speckle discontinues in a place. The sideline was
distinct, irregular and the hair is white.
Treatment: skin grafting of his own epidermis cells. Coming
for further consultation after
one
month,
